We offer Free Shipping on all our International orders above the value of $2500.00( two thousand, five hundred dollars) . Those international orders that fall under below the amount of $2500.00 have the added option to choose their shipping method, provide us with shipping label from DHL, FEDEX or UPS.

All the orders above $2500.00 will have a free shipping facility while orders below $2500.00 will be charged with a flat shipping charge of $100.

All our international Express Shipments are sent only through reputed shipping providers such as FedEx, UPS, & DHLthat typically deliver within 2 to 6 working days (This is a tracked service)

DHL, FEDEX shipping are available in over 200 countries/territories including India, USA, UK, UAE, Singapore, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, and Nepal and it typically delivers in 9-12 days. (Sometimes this service has been unable to track the parcels accurately)

  1. Will I be charged Custom Charges, Duties, etc.?



Please note that we will not be responsible for any custom charges, duties, VAT, etc. that your country may charge. This tends to vary from case-to-case and is beyond our reach.

Bear this in mind, there is no import duty on gemstones in the USA, Canada and Europe. Most other countries charge anything under 1%. VAT can be reclaimed by professional buyers.

  1. Will I be charged Customs Charges, Duties even if I return the item?



Please note for international orders cancelled or refused AFTER dispatch, the customer will be held liable for all custom duties and VAT charges by the country. In order to return the items back to us, the customer must clear the charges if any at the customs, and then return the piece, through our returns policy. Only after receipt of the item by our team, clearing of any custom duties and Taxes, will we be able to refund the remaining amount to the customer.
